ORGANIZATION

AmeriCorps

Nationally, AmeriCorps is known as the domestic Peace Corps and provides a huge array of services to those in need. The Central Coast Volunteer Corps (CCVC) was established in 2007 and hosted 30 members in 25 partner agencies. Beginning in 2008 the CCVC expanded and now facilitates a larger member and partner agency Corps. Members serve at local non-profits and public service agencies helping to expand agency programs and participate in multi-agency collaborative service projects.
