Submission Guidelines

Submissions are accepted ONLY from:

– Chartered student clubs and organizations
Dean of Students Office programs
– ASI Events
IRA programs

For other requests, check out Public Affairs for campuswide announcements.

No announcements from off-campus groups or entities will be considered.

Announcements run a maximum of five consecutive days and should be submitted one week prior to the requested start date. Only one announcement per event will be posted. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of Dean of Students Office . Dean of Students Office may edit submissions for brevity and appropriateness.
